philhyde > Our New Store ... before work began. Very overgrown parking lot. Current Red Store just to the right of this property line.
philhyde > Blank Slate. Footprint is approximately 2400 sf - upstairs is not air-conditioned. We will hang a banner in the middle. Maybe some small magnetic signs. Maybe a fenced-in "Safe-Play Zone" outside the right-hand door.
philhyde > Two permanent signs. We will cover with banner-material with Y&R Logo & easy-to-read details.
philhyde > Gigantic parking lot! Great for big events.
philhyde > First bay is great for storage. 3 bays at right are open, ideal for opening up during days for selling strollers, toys, etc plus space for kids to play.
philhyde > Current Red Store at right, just beyond a chain-link fence. Busy hospital behind it, and freeway just beyond that.
philhyde > First thing you see when you walk in (minus the vacuum cleaner). Restroom through the door, "Receiving" counter to right. Possibly incoming clothes on rolling rack along the wall.
